I finished up Storm of Swords yesterday. Let’s just say there was a massive brain explosion.
Now I need a break from Martin and his diabolical writings. I just started Timothy Zahn’s Heir to the Empire.
May the force be with me.
When I try to have a conversation with someone and I cant because all they talk about its themselves. No matter what I say it always comes back to them, their feelings, or their experiences.
People keep telling me to open up and share and when I do, they gloss over everything I say and continue talking about their own shit.
I never ‘talk with’, Im always ‘talked to’. Im so tired being made feel unimportant by people who are addicted to attention. They never seem interested in anything Im feeling or excited about. It always goes back to them.
indecentdaddy asked: When are you leaving SC? And where are you going to go?
Hopefully by next year we will be able to buy a little house in NC. We have a few places in mind that are close enough to the good stuff but out of the way enough where we wont get slammed with property taxes. If I had my way, we’d be out of SC tomorrow. But sometimes you have to wait for the good stuff.
